We expect Imint to report net sales about SEK 7.5m in Q4, which thereby would imply full-year net sales of SEK 19.6m. Increased net sales is expected to be driven by sales of Huawei and Vivo smartphones as well as contributions from the Wiko View series. Q4 is further generally the strongest quarter in terms of sold smartphones.&nbsp;
Regarding the company&rsquo;s profitability, we expect the sales growth to bring improved earnings in Q4. We expect Imint to report EBIT of SEK -0.6m, which would imply that the company is approaching break-even. Apart from the financials, we are also interested in getting an update of the company&rsquo;s progress with auto curate to examine whether the company will be able to commercialize the product during 2018.
Imint has earlier today announced that Xiaomi is the client of the license agreement that was announced the 17th of January. We find this to be positive news given the size of the client and its recent growth. According to preliminary smartphone shipments data from&nbsp;<a href="https://www.idc.com/getdoc.jsp?containerId=prUS43548018" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">IDC</a>, Xiaomi was the fourth largest smartphone actor with a market share of 7% in Q4&rsquo;17. An interesting notion is that the company grew its shipments by approximately 97% during the year, illustrated by the market share of 3.3% in Q4&#39;16.&nbsp;This further implies that Imint now has three of the four largest Chinese smartphone producers among its list of clients.
The agreement, which runs for three years, covers use of Vidhance video stabilization in coming smartphones. A difference from earlier client announcements is that the company leaves no further details regarding specific upcoming product launches.
