For the third time in a row, EG7 announced a new acquisition at the same time as its quarterly report. The free-to-play game publisher Innova adds a new layer to EG7’s already broad part of the gaming ecosystem. We also believe it is convincing that the Innova was acquired entirely in EG7 shares at a premium to last days closing price in the EG7-share.
