Financials
Earlier today, Kontigo Care released its Q2’22 report. Net sales for the quarter came in at SEK 7.3m (5,9) and EBIT at SEK 1.2m representing an EBIT marginal of 16%. We had forecasted net sales to come in at SEK 7.0m, beating our estimates by 4%.

Operating expenses (ex. D&amp;A) amounted to SEK -7.4 (-6.3), while the gross margin reached 86%. Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 1.9m (1.7); by the end of the quarter, cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 6.1m.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), which shows the total number of licenses on the balance sheet at the end of the month multiplied by the average price per license, amounted to SEK 2.46 (2.02) million at the end of the quarter. This corresponded to an increase compared to the previous quarter of 4.7% and compared to the same quarter last year of 21.8%.

Overall we think this was a reassuring and positive report. Kontigo Care continues its solid growth path and the intensified communications activities from the company to the end consumer are showing effects. Furthermore, it’s not only the municipality’s clients from Sweden that are the drives behind the growth, also the Oriola partnership (Previct® Work) and Previct® Family are now contributors.
