Earlier today, Wyld Networks announced a signed agreement with SpaceX to discuss potential areas of collaboration. SpaceX offers broadband satellite connectivity through Starlink and IoT connectivity through Swarm. Wyld and SpaceX will explore potential areas of collaboration to collect data from IoT sensors in remote locations. SpaceX and Wyld will initially examine the potential of providing remote connectivity in North, Central and South America.

We believe the agreement with SpaceX underpins the strengths in Wylds technology and builds confidence in the outlook. However, discussing any potential commercial impact at this stage is premature. To our understanding, the agreement between Wyld and SpaceX does not encompass any specific commercial terms related to a partnership. We are maintaining our fair value range, with a Base case of SEK20 per share, while closely monitoring the progress of a potential commercial partnership before considering any adjustments to our forecasts.
