Redeye comments on Better Collective’s acquisition of Playmaker Capital, which is a Toronto-based digital sports media group with strong brands in US, Canada and South America. Based on the current run-rate the acquisition will add around 10-15% to our 2024E EBITDA estimates while potential synergies suggest additional upside in 2025-26E.
